Step 1: Meet with Your Doctor and Preview Your Smile
Your Invisalign treatment begins with a complimentary consultation at Smile Dentistry. Using the advanced iTero Element® scanner, Dr. Basem Ghadban will take a fast and accurate 3D digital scan of your teeth. This scan helps us create a fully customized treatment plan and allows you to preview what your new smile will look like before treatment even begins. This digital roadmap ensures precision and lets us track every stage of your transformation.
Step 2: Start Wearing Your Custom Aligners
Once your aligners are ready, we will schedule your first fitting appointment. During this visit, Dr. Basem will apply small, nearly invisible attachments to your teeth to help the aligners stay in place. You’ll then begin wearing your first set of aligners, which you’ll change every 1 to 2 weeks as your teeth shift into their ideal positions. You’ll return to our office every 8 to 12 weeks for progress check-ins and to receive your next set of trays.

How Long Will Treatment Take?
The length of your Invisalign treatment depends on the complexity of your case. Some patients see noticeable changes in just a few weeks, while full treatment may take between 6 to 18 months. During your consultation, we will provide a more specific timeline based on your unique smile goals.
