Dr. Ghassan Omera

Dr. Ghassan Omera earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2004 and brings over 15 years of experience in both general dentistry and specialized periodontal care. He holds a General Practice License with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and is also certified by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada.
With a strong foundation in periodontics and implant dentistry, Dr. Omera completed his postgraduate studies in Periodontics in 2007, followed by a Master of Research in 2009—both from Lille 2 University in France. He also earned a Certificate in Implantology from Paris VI University in 2006, and further expanded his expertise with the AAID Implant MaxiCourse in Canada. In 2024, he completed an advanced training program in Regenerative Implant Dentistry under the guidance of internationally respected Professor Istvan Urban in Budapest, Hungary.
Throughout his career, Dr. Omera has been passionate about education and mentorship. He previously served at Lille 2 University Hospital and Dental School, where he taught periodontics and supervised clinical training for dental students. His academic background and clinical experience have made him a trusted provider for complex periodontal and implant cases, with a special interest in bone regeneration and aesthetic gum surgery.
Dr. Omera is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and also holds certification in oral and nitrous oxide sedation, enabling him to offer comfortable, patient-centered care for those with dental anxiety.
